What Happened to My Order History?

  • Online orders placed before 10:00am CST on October 30, 2024, will not show up in your new customer account.
  • Rest assured, all your order history is securely saved in our records. If you need assistance retrieving your past orders, we're here to help!

  • Going forward from October 30, 2024, all orders placed on our website using your email address will be available in your account. You will be able to view:

    • Order Status
    • Shipping Updates

    • Your Profile (Name, Email Address, Phone Numbers, Addresses)

Other Changes to Our Online Store Include:

  • Real-time Inventory - Inventory status is displayed on each product page.
  • Real-time Shipping Rates - Choose from a variety of shipping options that fit your needs.
  • Questions & Answers - Easily ask us and/or the riding community questions about our products directly from our product pages.
