Darien Jacket Liners
If anything, these two liners are seriously overbuilt. Both versions wear far better than any of those simple ‘afterthought’ jacket liners you may have seen or experienced. And these are more durable, functional and versatile, too.
There are two versions: The grey TLTec Wind Pro model features a thick, dense 200 wgt. wind resistant “super fleece” which is extremely breathable yet provides 4x better insulation and draft resistance than common department store fleeces. And the blue TLTec Wind Blocker version uses a slightly thinner and even more highly windproof 100 wgt. fleece that offers 2X faster moisture wicking than other windproof fleeces while retaining good breathability for all day comfort. It’s marginally more compact-to-pack, and because of it’s slightly more wind-blocking TLTec, it also offers a slightly greater (measured in lab testing) insulation level than the noticeably cozier and thicker Wind Pro.
Wear either as your integrated cold weather comfort layer inside a Darien Jacket, or alone as a casual/off-bike jacket. Wherever you are going, both TLTec's eliminate some of the weight and bulk of traditional liner insulations, and both are equally long-use durable. They also feature a built-in durable water repellent (DWR) finish to keep you drier and more comfortable thru the wettest conditions.
Either version will wear a good deal warmer than you’d expect on cool mornings, and both compliment a Darien jacket perfectly. Designed by riders, for riders, and carefully hand made.
